Will def be taking a look at that! I have to say, as suspicious as I am of the medical establishment, Dr Fox really impressed me that he was willing to kind of go against the marketing grain. Beauty foods are coming soon to a grocery store near you! I have my own skin supplement vitamin "cocktail." That gave Dr Fox a laugh since it was a large number of vits, but I am skeptical of the 1 pill does it all vits. Although he made a VERY good point in our talk about cost and ease of use = compliance. But those supplements by "name brand" Drs are pretty damn expensive on their own. Funny you mention that botox post since I caught it about half an hour ago and bookmarked it to go back to! Will def be taking a look at that!

I can't even count the number of doctor-recommended products that were a waste of my time and money, so the idea of buying an el-cheapo starburst-posterboard-advertising-at-CVS "miracle supplement" to cure my skin ailments?
